Order Processing Times
We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of receipt from our warehouse. During busy periods, such as product launches, promotions, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be extended by an additional 1–3 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery directly through the courier's website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any applicable delivery charges for subscriptions will also be shown during checkout.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gulpdrinks.co.uk within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gulpdrinks.co.uk. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.
